CAF Prototype Tool

I will be responsible for approving the prototype and the final product as well. I have inspected all the pages. I agree the prototype has all the features to be implemented. I agree anything not in the prototype will be treated as new feature and it will incur additional cost. I understand the prototype will be locked and no change will be made during development.
